RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to issue a license
to Lamar University to construct a covered sidewalk canopy encroaching
into the Virginia Avenue street right-of-way.
