WIF,REAS,. the developer of Gulf Terrace Addition,which includes
Mapes Street from Lot 5, Block 38 eastward to Lot 7, Block 37, and
Shelby Street from Lot 25, Block 37 northward to Lot 1, Block 36, have
completed the water, sanitary sewer, storm sewers and pavement improve-
ments serving said addition; and the developer of said addition is
desirous of having these irprovements accepted and maintained by the
City; and,
Tn=EAS, the City.Engineer recommends that said improvements
qualify for acceptance for permanent maintenance, and the City Council
is of the opinion that said improvements should be accepted and maintained
by the City of Beaumont;
NOW,, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the water, sanitary sewer, storm sewers and pavement improvements
serving Gulf Terrace Addition, as above described,: be, and the same are
hereby, accepted by the City of Beaumont and shall be continuously main-
tained by the said City.
