BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the Fleet Department be, and it is hereby, authorized to make
emergency repairs to the final drive and undercarriage of dozer no.
50-5010 for use in the Solid Waste Department at an estimated cost
of .repair of approximately Six Thousand and No/100 ($6,000.00) Dollars.
