RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the appropriate City official is hereby authorized to retain Hall
and Hall and American Real Estate for appraisal.services in the amount
of Ten Thousand Two Hundred Fifty and No/100 ($10,250.00) Dollars in
connection with securing rights-of-way needed for the Irving Street
Underpass (071-74-141).
