RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, bids were received for a total copy system for the
City of Beaumont; and,
WHEREAS, Addressograph Multigraph Corporation's bid for its
model 4250 total copy system is the lowest and best bid;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to enter into a
lease purchase agreement with the Addressograph Multigraph Corporation
for a model 4250 total copy system, said equipment to be leased for
TWo Hundred Seventy -Six and 94/100 ($276.94) Dollars a month for forty-
two (42) months with an option to purchase at any time. Total purchase
price under this agreement will be Nine 'Thousand Seven Hundred and No/100
($9,700.00) Dollars.
