R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, Governor Dolph Briscoe, based on the recommendation
of the Criminal Justice Advisory Board, has awarded the City of
Beaumont a grant in the amount of Ninety Nine Thousand and No/100
($99,000.00) Dollars for the purpose of establishing a Regional Police
Crime Laboratory in the Beaumont Police Department; and,
%=&M, this grant award must be formally accepted by executing
a written acceptance agreement;
NOW, TMEMORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEALZN M:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute a
written acceptance agreement necessary to receive this grant award.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
day of 1976.
