BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the Mayor be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute an Assignment of
Judgment Lien heretofore filed by the City of Beaumont against Sarah Louise Hunt
Russell, et al, in Cause No, B-100164, in the 60th District Court of Jefferson
County, Texas, to DR. JAMES L; RUSSELL.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
day of 1976.
