RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City of Beaumont does hereby accept the donation by Mr. E. J.
Sherlock to the City of Beaumont of the north 50 feet of Lot 177 and
all of Lot 178 in Block 38 of the Original Townsite of Beaumont for use
in the Pearl -Orleans Connector; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the appropriate City official is
hereby authorized to pay all taxes due on said property.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
day of 1976.
