RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT Rogers Enterprises be granted a license to encroach upon the right-
of-way of the City of Beaumont at the intersection of Pearl and Forsythe
Street in the city limits of the City of Beaumont for the purpose of the
installation of footings as a part of the foundation of the building to
be constructed at that location.
