RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute the
necessary contracts and documents for the acceptance of Section 5,
Transit Operating Subsidy Funds.
