RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, bids were received for furnishing one (1)_35 mm
microfilm reader/printer for use in the Public Works Department; and,
VMREAS 3M Company submitted a bid in the amount of Five
Thousand Six Hundred Thirty Nine and No/100 ($5,639.00).Dollars for
3M B.P.S.I. Model 3M 201 microfilm reader/printer for use in the
Public Works Department; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid sub-
mitted by 3M Company is the best bid and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid'of 3M Company in the amount of $5,639.00 be accepted by
the City of Beaumont, and -the appropriate City official is hereby
authorized to make payment for said 35 mm microfilm reader/printer upon
acceptable delivery.
