RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, a bid was received for furnishing two (2) five -stage
telescopic hydraulic cylinders for use in the Solid Waste Division;
and,
WHEREAS, Pak -Mor Manufacturing Company submitted a bid in the
amount of Two Thousand Seven Hundred Eighty-TWo and 55/100 ($2,782.55)
Dollars each for said telescopic hydraulic cylinders for use in the
Solid Waste Division; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid sub-
mitted by Pak Mor Manufacturing Company is the only bid and should be
accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid of Pak -Mor Manufacturing Company in the amount of $2,782.55
each be accepted by the City of Beaumont, and the appropriate City
official is hereby authorized to make payment for said telescopic
hydraulic cylinders upon acceptable delivery.
