RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to commence
negotiations for the purpose of acquiring an easement for the relo-
cation of water lines from Keown Supply Company as required by the
Texas Department of Highways and Transportation.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
day of 1976.
