RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, bids were received for furnishing and erection of a
72" high chain link fence and three (3) gates at the Water Reclamation
Center; and,
I%R]REEAS, United Fence Company submitted a bid in the amount of
Thirty -Four Thousand Six Hundred Seventy -Six and 90/100 ($34,676.90)
Dollars for furnishing and erection of said chain link fence and
three (3) gates at the Water Reclamation Center; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid sub-
mitted by United Fence Company is the lowest and best bid and should
be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid of United Fence Company in the amount of $34,676.90 be
accepted by the City of Beaumont, and the appropriate City official is
hereby authorized to make payment for said furnishing and erection of
72" high chain link fence and three (3) gates at the Water Reclamation
Center.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the QQ
