RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, informal bids were received for furnishing 150 meter
yokes for the Water Department; and,
WHEREAS, Norvell-Wilder Supply Company submitted a bid in the
amount of One Thousand Seven Hundred Five and 50/100 ($1,705.50)
Dollars for said meter yokes for the Water Department; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid.sub-
mitted by Norvell-Wilder Supply Company is the lowest and best bid and
should be accepted;
NOW, THEPEFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL .OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid of Norvell-Wilder Supply Company in the amount of $1,705.50
be accepted by the City of Beaumont, and.the appropriate City official is
hereby authorized to make payment for said meter yokes upon acceptable
delivery.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the QQ
day of 1976.
