RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the Community Development Department be, and they are hereby,
authorized to make minor revisions to our Housing Assistance Plan as
submitted with our Community Development Block Grant Application No.
B -76 -MC -48-0003; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the budget of the Community
Development Plan associated with said Community Development Block
Grant Application be, and the same is hereby, amended by transferring
Fifty -Five Thousand and No/100 ($55,000.00) Dollars from line item 14,
administrative, to line item 5, rehabilitation loans.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
day of 1976.
