RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, bids were received for the Shelby Street Participation
Paving Project; and,
WHEREAS, E. R. Dupuis Concrete Company submitted a bid in the
amount of Nineteen Thousand Nine Hundred Forty -Four and No/100
($19,944.00) Dollars for .the Shelby Street Participation Paving Project;
and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid sub-
mitted by E. R. Dupuis Concrete Company is the lowest and best bid and
should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE. IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the Bid of E. R. Dupuis Concrete Company in the amount of $19,944.00
be accepted by the City of Beaumont, and the appropriate City official
is hereby authorized to make payment for said Shelby Street Participation
Paving Project.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the L5
day of 1976.
