THAT the appropriate City official be, and he is hereby, authorized to
advertise for bids on a boat ramp with approach to said boat ramp to
be located on Pine Street at the west bank of the Neches River; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Manager be, and he is hereby,
authorized to execute a Construction Agreement with the Texas Parks &
Wildlife Department for a construction of the boat ramp.
