BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute on
behalf of the City of Beaumont a 5' utility easement to Gulf States
Utilities Company from Jirou to the Babe Zaharias Memorial Building;
and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be, and she is hereby,
authorized to attest to same and to affix the Seal of the City of
Beaumont thereto . .
