RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, a bid was received for the fencing of two tennis courts
at Rogers Park and one tennis court at Ida Reed Park; and,
WHEREAS, Allied Supplier & Erection, Inc. submitted a bid in
the amount of Three Thousand Five Hundred Ninety -Eight and No/100
($3,598.00) Dollars for the fencing of two tennis courts at Rogers
Park and one tennis court at Ida Reed Park; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted
by Allied Supplier & Erection, Inc. is the only bid received and should
be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid of Allied Supplier & Erection`, Inc. in the amount of
$3,598.00 be accepted by the City of Beaumont, and the appropriate City
official is hereby authorized to make payment for said fencing for the
two tennis courts at Rogers Park and one tennis court at Ida Reed Park
upon acceptable installation.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
day of 1976.
