WHEREAS, bids were received for furnishing one (1).High-Ban Base
Station for the Building Maintenance Department; and,
WHEREAS, RCA Mobile Communications Systems submitted a bid in
the amount of Three Thousand Three Hundred Fifty and No/100 ($3,350.00)
Dollars, said funds are budgeted in Account (16-509) for the (1) High -
Ban Base Station for the Building Maintenance Department;. and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid sub-
mitted by RCA. Mobile Communications Systems is the lowest and best bid
and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAU40NT:
THAT the bid of RCA Mobile Communications Systems in the amount of
$3,350.00 be accepted by the City of Beaumont, and the appropriate City
official is hereby authorized to make payment for said High -Ban Base
Station upon acceptable delivery.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
