RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, informal bids were received for furnishing repairs to
the roof on the Warehouse Building at 2610 Concord; and,
WHEREAS, Sabine Industries, Inc. submitted a bid in the amount of
One Thousand Three Hundred Forty -Six and 70/100 ($1,346.70) Dollars for
furnishing said repairs; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted
by Sabine.Industries, Inc. is the 'lowest and best bid and should be
accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid of Sabine Industries, Inc. in the amount of $1,346.70 be
accepted by the City of Beaumont, and the appropriate City official is
hereby authorized to make payment for said repairs to the roof on the
Warehouse Building at 2610 Concord.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
day of 1976.
