RESOLUTION
WFC, bids were received for furnishing 800' of 4' x 7' Box
Culvert Pipe for covering the Drainage Ditch 1500' west of 23rd Street
between Phelan Boulevard and Hillebrandt Bayou; and,
WHEREAS, Pyramid Concrete Pipe Company submitted a bid in the
amount of Fifty Thousand Three Hundred Sixty and No/100 ($50,360.00)
Dollars for said pipe; and,
wimPEM, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted
by Pyramid Concrete Pipe Company is the only bid and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid of Pyramid Concrete Pipe Company in the amount of $50,360.00
be accepted by the City of Beaumont, and the appropriate City official is
hereby authorized to make payment for said Box Culvert Pipe upon acceptable
delivery.
