RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, the Corps of Engineers has tendered the City of
Beaumont a permit for the construction of a boat ramp on the Neches
River; and,
WHEREAS, the City Manager has executed said permit;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the execution by the City Manager, Howard McDaniel,'of a permit
from the Corps of Engineers for the construction of.a boat ramp on
the Neches River is hereby, in all respects, authorized and ratified.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
day of1976.
