BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the Delaware Street Revenue Sharing Project RS -T-12 be, and is hereby,
accepted at a total cost of One Million Three Hundred Fifty -Three Thousand
Three Hundred Sixteen and 10/100 ($1,353,316.10) Dollars,and.the appropri-
ate City official is hereby authorized to make final payment to Trotti &
Thomson in the amount of One Hundred Thirty -Nine Thousand Four Hundred
Sixty -Five .and 76/100 ($139,465.76) Dollars.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
day of J,2U 1976.
