BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the Mapes Street Participation Project be hereby accepted, and the
appropriate City official is hereby authorized to make final payment to
Trotti & Thomson in the amount of Fifty Nine Thousand Four Hundred Sixty -
Five and 15/100 ($59,465:15) Dollars and to Matt M. Racki in the amount
of One Thousand Seven Hundred Fifty and 81/100 ($1,750.81) Dollars for
engineering services.
