RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, informal bids were received for furnishing. one (1)
Residual Chlorine Indicator/Recorder for the Water Production De-
partment; and,
WHEREAS, Fischer -Porter Company submitted a bid in the amount
of One Thousand One Hundred Eighty and No/100 ($1,180.00) Dollars
plus freight for the one (1) Residual Chlorine Indicator/Recorder for
the Water Production Department; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid sub-
mitted by Fischer -Porter Company is the only bid received and should
be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid of Fischer -Porter Company in the amount of $1,180.00 plus
freight be accepted by the City of Beaumont, and the appropriate City
official is hereby authorized to make payment for said Residual Chlorine
Indicator/Recorder upon acceptable delivery.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
day of 1976.
