WHEREAS, informal bids were received for furnishing 150-5/8"
meter yolks for the Water. Department; and,
%HKRREAS; Norvell-Wilder Supply Company submitted a bid in the
amount of One Thousand Seven Hundred Five -and 50/100 ($1,705.50) Dollars
to be purchased on Account No. 82-1300 for the 150-5/8" meter yolks for
the Water Department; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted
by Norwell -Wilder Supply Company is the lowest and best bid and should
be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid of Norvell-Wilder Supply Company in the amount of $1,705.50
be accepted by the City of Beaumont, and :the appropriate City official is
hereby authorized to make payment for said 150-5/8" meter yolks for the
Water Department upon acceptable delivery.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of'the City of Beaumont this the
day of 1976.
