WHEREAS, City bulldozer No. 50-0664, which is being used on the
Solid Waste landfill is inoperable and needs emergency repairs to its
transmission; and,
WHEREAS, this bulldozer is necessary for the health, safety and
welfare of the citizens of the City of Beaumont;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
,THAT the appropriate City official be, and he is hereby, authorized to
pay for repairs to the transmission of Allis Chalmers 12G bulldozer
City No. 50-0664 in the maximum amount of Five Thousand Eight Hundred
($5,800.00) Dollars. Fogle Equipment Company in Houston, the Allis
Chalmersdealer for this area, is hereby authorized to make said repairs.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
day of 1976.
