RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to submit an
application to the Federal Highway Administration for the construction
of a bikeway demonstration project. The City Manager is further author-
ized to file application for other bikeway demonstration programs in the
City of Beaumont as deemed necessary.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
day of 1976.
