RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of the Beaumont Tax Collection
Agency has recommended that a full-time administrator and two (2) clerks
be hired by the agency; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the view that such change would
greatly improve the efficiency and level of service provided by the
agency;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the budget of the Beaumont Tax Collection Agency for the fiscal year
1975-76 is hereby amended in accordance with the Exhibit "A" attached
hereto.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the I
day of 1976.
