BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAT MONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to make payment
to L. E. Kojak, the developer of Gulf Terrace Addition, for City parti-
cipation in the paving of a section of Gross Street in said addition,
in the amount of Ten Thousand and Sixty -Three and 32/100 ($10,063.32)
Dollars.
