BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute a
utility easement to Gulf StatEsUtilities Company from City owned property
located south of the Port of Beaumont and north of Buford Street. The
said requested easement is adjacent to the north property line of the
City owned property adjacent to Port of Beaumont property and near the
new dock facilities being constructed by the Port of Beaumont.
PASSED BY TBE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
day of 1976.
