RESOLUTION
WMREA.S, the City Council desires to continue the Manpower
Consortium Agreement between the City of Beaumont, Jefferson County,
Hardin County, and Orange County; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council anticipates the development of the Fiscal
Year 1977 Comprehensive Manpower Plan to serve the residents of the
three -county South East Texas Region;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the Manpower Consortium Agreement be amended to extend through
Fiscal Year 1977, and the City Manager be hereby authorized to sign the
Grant Agreement and all modifications thereto, on behalf of the City of
Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
day of 1976.
