WHEREAS, on March 30, 1976, the City Council approved the payment
of Three Thousand Four Hundred Fifty -Three and 04/100 ($3453.04) Dollars
to World Wide Welding and Press Company for repairs to dozer No. 50-0644;
and,
WHEREAS, additional work was needed on the final drive in order to
repair said dozer in the amount of Three Thousand One Hundred Fifty -Nine
and 92/100 ($3,159.92) Dollars, which amount the City Council desires to
authorize be paid to .World Wide Welding and Press Company;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the appropriate City official be; and he is hereby, authorized to
pay the amount of $3,159.92 to World Wide Welding and Press Company for
final drive repairs to dozer No. 50-0644.
