BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be,. -and he is hereby, authorized to make final
payment to Holloway Sand and Gravel in the amount of Eighty -Eight
Thousand Nine Hundred Tiro and 63/100 ($88,902.63) Dollars, for con-
struction work on sanitary sewer contract III -B (WPC-TEX-975). Schaumburg
& Polk, Consulting Engineers, and the Water Utilities Department recommend
acceptance of this project.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont.this the
