RESOLUTION
BE'IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the appropriate City official be, and he is hereby, authorized to
pay to Gulf States Utilities the amount of Forty -Eight Thousand Nine Hundred
Two and 24/100.($48,902.24) Dollars, said payment for the installation of
high pressure sodiizn lighting on Phelan Boulevard from Kennedy to Dowlen
and on Dowlen from Lexington south to Calder. The payment described here-
inabove constitutes the cost differential between the cost of wood poles
and overhead lines and metal poles and underground wiring.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
