BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the appripriate City official be, and he is hereby, authorized to reimburse
Gulf States Utilities Company in the amount of Fifteen Thousand Sixty -Two and
78/100 ($15,_062.78) Dollars for installation of underground electrical service
at the Athletic Complex Project No. 73-72-011.
