WHEREAS, the developer of Park North Addition, which includes
Park North Drive, Sunbird Lane, Falcon Lane and Meadowview Road, save
and except Falcon Lane from Lot 2 to Lot 28 in Block 2, and save and ex-
cept Park North Drive Lots 10 through 16 inclusive in Block H, has com-
pleted the water, sanitary sewer, storm sewers and pavement improvements
serving said addition; and the developer of said addition is desirous of
having these improvements accepted and maintained by the City; and,
WHEREAS, the City Engineer recommends that said improvements
qualify for acceptance for .permanent maintenance, and the City Council is
of the opinion that said improvements should be accepted and maintained by
the City of Beaumont;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY -COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the water, sanitary sewer, stone sewers and pavement improvements
serving Park North Addition, as above described, be, and the same are hereby
accepted by the City of Beaumont and shall be continuously maintained by the
said City.
