R E 0 L U T O N
WHEREAS., the City of Beaumont has engaged Gruen Associates,
Inc. to perform architectural services for the construction of
the Civic Center Complex; and,
WHEREAS, the agreement between the City and Gruen Associ-
ates, Inc. provides that Pitts, Phelps & White shall be local
architects on the Civic Center; and,
WHEREAS, Gruen Associates and Pitts, Phelps & White have
been unable to reach agreement;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL .OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute
an amendment to the agreement with Gruen Associates, Inc. desig-
nating George Ingram &.Associates as local architects for the
Civic Center.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
