WHEREAS, the extension of Crow Road from the Eastex Freeway
to Concord Road is deemed by the'City Council to be in the best in-
terest of The City of Beaumont and its citizenry; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager, or his designee, be authorized to re-
tain Jefferson County Title Company to provide title opinions and
title policies at State regulated fees, and further to retain American
Real Estate Company at a fee not to exceed $1,500.00 to appraise three
(3) tracts of land needed for acquisition for right-of-way purposes for
the extension of Crow Road, as aforesaid.
