BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:

THAT the City Attorney, or his designated Assistant CityAAttorney,
be, and is hereby, authorized to settle the following condemnation
law suit:
The City of Beaumont, Plaintiffy. Trustees of the Westwood
Bible Church, et al, Defend'an'ts, in the County Court of Jefferson.
County, At Law, Jefferson County, Texas, Cause No. 32,881, for ONE
THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED FIFTY AND NO/100..($1,750.00) DOLLARS more
than that deposited in said cause; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Attorney or his desig-
nated Assistant, be, and is hereby, authorized to execute all such
instruments as may be necessary to effectuate the settlements de-
scribed above.
