RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT Howard McDaniel, Acting City Manager, be and he is hereby authorized,
to execute all necessary instruments to file an application with the De-
partment of Transportation for an amendment to Capital Grant TX 03-0014.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaunont this the
