RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, the City of Beaumont and L. 0. Block entered into an
agreement for site work on the Athletic Complex; and,
WHEREAS, a change order has been proposed increasing said contract
in the amount of $24,341.51 for damages as a result of work stoppage from
July 3 through July 14, 1975, and miscellaneous extra work needed in con-
junction with additional fill material required to adjacent parking lots.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF .THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby authorized, to execute the
above-described Change Order No. 1 and the City Clerk is hereby authorized
to attest to said change order.
