RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, bids were received for furnishing repairs to Street
Department loader No. 50-0082; and,
WHEREAS, Mustang Tractor & Equipment Company submitted a bid in
the amount of Six Thousand Seven Hundred Eighty -Two and No/100 ($6,782.00)
Dollars for repairs to Street Department loader No. 50-0082; and,
wig, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted
by Mustang Tractor & Equipment Company is the lowest and best bid and
should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid of Mustang Tractor & Equipment Company in the amount of
$6,782.00.be accepted by the City of Beaumont, and the appropriate City
official is hereby authorized to make payment for said repairs to Street
Department.loader .
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
