RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, bids were received for furnishing one (1) knuckle boom
loader body .for the Solid Waste Department; and,
WHEREAS, Alex Fiegelson Company submitted a bid in the amount of
Six Thousand Seven Hundred Thirty -Three and Nc/100 ($6,733.00) Dollars
for the one (1) knuckle boom loader body for the Solid Waste Department;
and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted
by Alex Fiegelson Company is the lowest and best bid and should be
accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid of Alex Fiegelson.Company in the amount of $6,733.00 be ac-
cepted by the City of Beaumont, and the appropriate City official is
hereby authorized to make payment for said knuckle boom loader body upon
acceptable delivery.
