THAT the City Clerk is hereby authorized to pay One Thousand
Five Hundred and No/100 ($1,500.00) Dollars to Hart Graphics,
Inc. to cover cost of Electronic Voting Machine Bilingual Sets
to be used for the General Election to be held April 3,.1976;
and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that -the costs are budgeted in
the City Clerk's Account 13-414 and will be partially reimbursed
us by the Beaumont Independent School District. .
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
