BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby authorized, to execute titles
to surplus transit vehicles as is necessary to transfer said titles to
the successful bidders.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
day of �11�'�U 1976.
