RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the University Drive C.I.P. Project 11 -ST -07 be hereby accepted at a
total cost of Four Hundred Ninety-TWo.Thousand Three Hundred Seventy -Three
and 91/100 ($492,373.91) Dollars, and the appropriate City official is
hereby authorized to make final payment to Greer Construction Company in
the amount of Fifty -Four Thousand Nine Hundred Thirty -Nine and 59/100
($54,939.59) Dollars.
