RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Council be, and is hereby authorized, to reimburse Amoco
Production Company in the amount of One Hundred Eighteen Thousand Six
Hundred Twenty -Four and 32/100 ($118,624.32) Dollars for actual cost of
adjustment and relocation of several existing oil lines.
